These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RVnB website and services (the "Service"), operated by Pierson Willhite, d/b/a RVnB ("RVnB," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, listing a parking space, or booking a stay through RVnB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What RVnB Is

RVnB is a platform that connects businesses with unused overnight parking space ("Hosts") with RV travelers seeking a place to park overnight ("Travelers"). RVnB facilitates the connection and booking process between Hosts and Travelers. RVnB is not a party to the rental agreement between a Host and a Traveler — the actual arrangement for use of a parking space is between the Host and the Traveler directly.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your account and listings.

3. Host Responsibilities

• You represent that you have the legal right to offer the listed space for overnight parking (e.g., you own the property, or have authorization from the property owner/landlord).
• You're responsible for accurately describing your space, its rules, and its hours.
• You're responsible for complying with any applicable local zoning, business, or permitting requirements related to allowing overnight parking on your property.
• You may set and enforce reasonable rules for your space (quiet hours, vehicle size limits, etc.), which must be clearly stated in your listing.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• You agree to follow the arrival/departure windows and rules set by each Host.
• You're responsible for your vehicle, its occupants, and any damage caused during your stay.
• You must vacate the space by the stated departure time on each day of a multi-night booking — overnight parking spaces are not intended for continuous, all-day occupancy unless a Host explicitly states otherwise.
• You agree not to use a Host's space for any purpose other than overnight RV/vehicle parking.

5. Bookings & Payments

Booking requests are submitted through the Service and must be confirmed by the Host before they're final. RVnB uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to facilitate payment between Travelers and Hosts; your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms of service. When you submit a booking request, your payment method is authorized for the stay amount. If the Host confirms the booking, the charge is captured at that time; if the Host does not confirm or declines, the authorization is released and you are not charged. RVnB may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed before you complete a booking.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing the Service to arrange payment or bookings outside the platform.
• Providing false information in a listing, profile, or booking.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RVnB does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the conduct of any Host or Traveler, or the safety or condition of any parking space. RVnB does not inspect properties and makes no representation about their suitability, safety, or legality for overnight parking.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVnB and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, theft, or loss arising from a stay booked through the platform. RVnB's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount of fees RVnB actually received related to the booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVnB from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with another user of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
